Bounty of 300 USDC to add an express js example to frames.js that uses the current starter (written in next.js) as a base.

There are currently two Next.js specific helper functions in the lib that would need to be generalized as part of this: `getPreviousFrame` and `POST`

those two are the ones in the lib, the starter is all next.js but is not using that much
