A very good guide, absolutely. I wonder what the right form factor is here.

I've only ever used Warpcast, except for a very brief experience with Supercast. Foreign users getting network-locked out of power badges is the loudest problem I hear

My understanding is that priority mode for notifications (which separates priority notifications from others) is on by default. 

Those who don't have a power badge tend to get sorted into non-priority notifications, effectively shadowbanning them.

@payao can probably weigh-in here if I'm mistaken about something
