Uno feed is a little delayed as we recover from a Snapchain outage. Waypoint was running uninterrupted for over a month, restarted, became misconfigured when things came back online. So we need some time to catch up to now.

Chain of custody presents a significant challenge when onboarding existing users who already have an EOA with Warpcast (neé Farcaster). If users import their existing Warpcast EOA into Uno, we gain full custody privileges to the FID. This creates a support challenge, as Uno users may reasonably expect us to help them transfer their FID to a new EOA when needed. But what if the user expects support to remain with Warpcast? Additionally, there's a notable security concern. If net new Uno users export their EOA to another client that subsequently has a security breach, we might not be able to help them recover that FID. It could be transferred away forever! But given our confidence in our app security practices, we are more than happy to give more limited scope permissions via an auth address EOA. Decided to try uno. When I click continue with uno it does that “safari cannot open the page thing” Ironically I had always been wondering how to fix this because I see it with other apps. Can anyone help me fix it?

Pushing a new build shortly. We have a bug that retries if the cast fails to give a status to the backend. For now just delete the cast on Warpcast if it duplicates. cc @erica

"Why are you building a mobile website?" Your website is a gigantic signup button. It is the front door to driving traffic to a mobile app. We need a way for content to deeplink into the app using our API. Web is not fun for onchain transactions, and we get the best experience in the app for nearly everything else.

Should Uno sponsor a vibeathon for FarCon? Over the course of 3 days anyone can max vibe and create onchain and off. Vibe a meme or mini app. We will supply the venue, tacos, and prizes (more tacos probably (startup budget)). Winners determined by max engagement/friends here or whatever makes sense/maximizes vibes.
