There is no way to measure a Creatorā€™s success. Market Cap? Collectors? Followers? Earnings? We have all these different metrics fragmented across platforms. Each of them with their own data. But what if we could actually compare creators with one single metric? That's exactly what the Creator Score is about... Creator Score tracks all activity inside every consumer platform, processes them and assigns a weight based on impact. The result is a simple numeric value that can be used to measure how successful a Creator is onchain. Token metrics on @flaunchgg @clanker Followers and engagement on @farcaster Creator Coin Market Cap on @zora NFTs on @opensea You name it... The Creator Score is designed to be adopted by all protocols with a simple API call using @talent 's API. Marketing teams can now know who are the most accurate creators for specific campaign. Social apps can create custom feeds based on user's scores and filter quality content. Protocols can do airdrops and distribution using using Creatorsā€™ rich reputation data. We will keep improving our scoring and add more features and perks around it. My objective is to make the Creator Score the go-to metric for creators. I want to have every Creator willing to increase their score, working on their content and keeping track of it thanks to our app. So if you are a creator, just focus on creating good content, we take care of the rest.

Some builders flagged inconsistencies in how onchain activity was tracked for @base.base.eth Builder Rewards. Thanks to that feedback, weā€™ve identified the root cause and are already working on a fix. āø» In the meantime, weā€™ve decided to delay last weekā€™s rewards distribution to ensure all activity from Aug 18ā€“24 is properly counted. The Base Builder Rewards App currently shows last weekā€™s leaderboard, which will be updated before rewards are distributed. āø» Activity from the current week (Aug 25ā€“31) is not yet reflected in the app. It will appear once last weekā€™s rewards have been finalized. Weā€™ll share an official update as soon as itā€™s live. āø» Thanks to all builders for your patience and for helping us spot and resolve these issues. šŸ«” Weā€™ll use this thread to post further updates.
