When I realize that I subtly accumulated lore from fully immersing myself in diverse life experiences and then noticing the patterns niche over niche. To know yourself is to know others, and I feel it’s my responsibility to talk about something as esoteric as that which is beyond the physical. And that I should probably share some of my biohacker-esque anecdotes with an n=1 of me along side my old war stories of being someone looking for disruption in a world of conformity. If even a single person resonates and can take something from that- whether it be an alternative perspective or a Birds Eye view of my failures so you can circumvent them yourself or a dissection of my success so that you can streamline the protocol further- then that in itself is success.
