i named this training session goku. and had that in my mind as i went through it. never before had i ran more than 20k, and this is my first half marathon. i saw myself running on the snake way. thinking how i would run if i was dead. what would i run for? what am i running for? who am i running for? it’s interesting, because a big chunk of the time i spend it chewing words. which will be the words that will come out when i go and share this with the world? am i running for myself, or for them? and about 14km in i saw that clearly. im running on the future. and it is time to bring myself here now so eventually the goal is to become free from words. from concepts. and just let them float. let them be there. let them come they are infinite, and they will never stop but what stops, or better said, is transformed, is the relationship to them coming over and over again by just focusing on the next breath. on the next step im tired af. it was intense but i made it and tomorrow will be a new day
