You can also leave your own comments. For /betr I have already added a notes page with a pretty complete summary of action points. I'll add the other 4 tomorrow AM because they were a little less obvious and I wanted to have a chat with the developers. The next steps are: #2 - mapping flows, flagging which ones I suggest we redesign, gathering some inspiration at the same time #3 - redesign of the agreed upon flows #4 - define visual systems based on said flows (colour, type, imagery) that will allow the teams to scale the visual language without my help #5 - simple social assets based on the new system This is an experiment, but even after one day I know I'll want to do this again. It's pretty fun. My guiding principle is that even just the initial review and commentary must delivery enough actional points to justify the value of the sprint; redesigns must be a plus. This sounds strange, but the expectation must be that I won't be working with the teams when the sprint is over, so whatever I deliver must be valuable on its own. The order of things for that to happen is UX, then UI, then pretty things. Of course, if there's a way to make it shiny AND within scope, I will. Hi channel, no livestrem tomorrow My wife has booked a surprise for tomorrow AM and I want to make progress on the sprint project. We will do this early next week however. I'd also like to eventually do some shorter impromptu streams in addition to regularly scheduled ones. One step at a time

Check out @adsterixdotxyz It's somewhere in the middle between @qrcoindotfun and @ampsfun, and I think it has the potential to become another farcaster staple I roasted it on /red a few days ago and it is really well made, you can tell @allemanfredi.eth pays attention to details. Like I said in the roast, complexity could be reduced. It's not easy to do without cutting down on features, but even so, you should check it out!

Love this direction, leaning into the 16-bit / Metal Slug vibe gives Clankermon a strong visual identity without going full retro. Showing all five babymon slots + equipped Clankermons feels like a real UX unlock too. It not only surfaces more info but also creates space for contextual actions (revive, train, etc.). H-scroll works, though a collapsible “stack” view could be another nice touch. Overall, a sharp evolution that tightens both the style and player flow.

Ok so I have to admit this was equal parts a UX and style exercise, but there is *some* thinking behind this - the current clankermon style is vaguely scifi, so why not commit? I would not go full 8-bit (although the temptation is there), but 16-bit Metal Slug derivative might just do it - UX wise, the biggest change here is showing all 5 babymon slots + all clankermons currently equipped (in the shot, just 2); would need to think about how to show more, likely just an h-scroll? However it is done, this is I think a big unlock because allocating space to these also gives space to show related actions: training, reviving, burying etc @matthewfox
