Day 9: Breathing meditation with visualisation 🌬️

Different session today with visualisation of breathing in and out. This helped me from my mind drifting, which is completely normal.

Exercise: walking, running and cardio. Made it to 10K+ steps.
Fasting: 16:8. Skipping today and starting after lunch tomorrow.

Day 13: Visualisation + body scan 👀🔍

Meditated 3 days in a row. Missed Monday due to being in the hospital (nothing serious happening!)
These meditations have been heavily focused on visualisation

Today's was visualising sun rays and how that makes you feel on different parts of your body ☀️

It can help with focus and body awareness

Starting my workout in the gym today

We went out earlier and got it some steps. 

Can we make it to 10K today?

Day 5: Silent meditation 

Exercise: 4K steps running this morning 
Meditation: 10min
Fasting: Yes, 16:8

Silent unguided meditation today.
Sometimes it's best to simply enjoy the silence and simply focus on your breathing. 

Let any thoughts that show be there, without judging.
