This is interesting content and is similar to what I have read in other places. It's similar to how people live in the blue zones, for example. I was hit with one of the 4 horsemen in my 50s (cancer). Good to know that this man was also, but is still living at 100. I am fine now, BUT I don't have #6, which is distressing as I know it's very bad for you, and I don't just mean a romantic relationship either, but deep friendships and community around you. Not sure how to fix that either. I've tried, but it just doesn't seem to work. My closest friend is in the UK. Have another good friend in Finland. It would be nice to just live in Europe. If you move a lot, like me, it's hard to keep up long-term friendships in a deep way, sadly. And others have moved away from where I am too. https://youtu.be/QzyUavBriWY?si=ZqMPXz3nLKRxZ-_g
