with work, family (, farcaster) and evening chill time, there's barely any time left for exercise
so i built it into my day in micro doses:
- morning mobility (5min)
- walk instead of tram/car into office (30min up&down a hill)
- hang/pull ups/chin up using a bar i have on my way to office/gymnastics ring at home whenever i walk past (<1 min per dose)
- kettlebell at the office (take a break from sitting and swing 20 times, <1 min)
- 3 one-legged squats per leg, 3 one-handed inclined pushups (kitchen counter, table...)
- and last, but not least: lifting and carrying kids
i don't do everything every day, almost never go beyond 70-80% mr, almost never even break a sweat, and still i was able to consistently improve at every single exercise
it takes time and consistency, but it costs close to nothing 4 replies
