I was recently in a rage room (quite fun).

There was a 22 yr old just out of college with us who was having a hard time going full power on a TV with a baseball bat.

I don’t think it was related to strength moreso a psychological barrier. Caused by having female teachers his whole life and being taught natural male instincts are bad.

We had him going full power at the end.

I’m not sure 2 strong personalities can get along without one of them budging

Here's a hot take - the vast majority of men shouldn't go to therapy. First they should improve their life and standing in society: eating right, sleeping well, exercising, and working harder in their profession. Only after doing these should they do therapy if it's still needed.
