core theses for @ethxy /ethxy 2025: 1. gameplay is king. food's gotta be tasty first before worrying about restaurant decor. if the food is tasty, everything else will fall into place. if the food isn't tasty, it doesn't matter what else you do 2. founder-led marketing is s-tier marketing. creators in other consumer digital products (streamer / musician / youtuber / tiktoker) have a face. having a face is key to spreading into normie world 3. fancy, too clever token mechanisms are just obsfucating lack of token demand. token => emotion transaction is the proven mainstay in trad gaming 4. platform selection should be based on friction to new players (picking chains / wallet infra / social networks / web vs. native mobile / app platforms). counter-signal when platform offers heavy incentives 5. creating a fandom is the product. each new track for a musician is marketing for the movement. the new game is marketing to add new fans of @ethxy
