I go offline for 5 minutes to move my modem/router to a different cable connection, and then geth needs >1 hour to resync because it somehow lost a bunch of blocks it had already processed is that normal/expected?

Let’s assume @justindrake‘s proposal/ idea of negative issuance of capture MEV and restaking returns goes live. Would that means that every solo staker would need to restake to compete and have a positive real yield?

This is the current distribution of validators next to the Steam global traffic map. I think this could be a good goal for global validator distribution (whether that's a full validator or a DVT validator)

I have someone staying at my apartment for two weeks and I went back to change out some clothes and grab some stuff and she had everything unplugged and I didn’t realize until I left, but that means she probably unplugged my validator I checked & she did. And she had just left the apartment, and her phone is off😫
