EP-6.16 deployed reverse resolvers across L2s to enable ENSIP-19 (L2 Primary Names). Since then, @Base primaries have surged from 26 to 77k in just over three weeks (+295k%). ENSIP-19 unlocks multichain identity via L2ReverseRegistrar + CCIP-read validation.
