in short form video the first few seconds are critical, that’s when a majority of viewers will scroll away to maximize engagement, i try to put eye-catching & attention grabbing “hooks” right at the beginning (i love a good quick zoom or a weird effect) here’s a video edit i made for Muwosi

broke my 360 camera while making this video (2nd 360 camera i’ve broken lol) thankfully i learned my lesson the 1st time & had a protection plan on this one turned it in today & got a full refund, & combined with a crazy price match, i was able to upgrade to the new model for $20 we love a happy ending :)

the music industry should take notes from VC. the modern music model: artists that already have a ton of leverage & a large following get gobbled up by the major labels. no one is investing in early-stage artists, which leaves a major arbitrage opportunity.
