Simple fact - ordinary early-adopter needs to "see" your product at least 3-5 times before acting on it. This number goes up in early-majority and every subsequent group and can be easily as high as 12-15 times. The important thing is that "seeing" means registering information and connecting it with some unmet need. So it's not just seeing your logo or rant on the timeline. 🗣 If you build something great that could help people, but they don't know about it - it's not only wasted time and effort, but you are failing all of your potential customers whose problem you have solved. Tooling has changed, but business logic and fundamentals haven't. Let people know what you're working on and think through that go-to-market strategy! This is a part from one of my old essays, but it deserves to be repeated. There's always someone who hasn't registered it yet.

Maybe we're not even at Deployment phase of Web3 ??? 👀 According to Perez’s model the Irruption phase for Web3 arguably began with the launch of Bitcoin and Ethereum. That's what started all we do now. 1. Irruption: Bitcoin, Ethereum, smart contracts 2. Frenzy: ICOs, NFTs, DeFi Summer, massive speculation, FTX collapse 3. Turning Point: speculation getting proportionally smaller, policy clarity, new mature infra focus and "useful apps" coming around = happening now 4. Deployment: Not here yet 5. Maturity: Decades away That means we're still early! 🎈
