Galerie Met is pleased to announce the inaugural exhibition “Ghost in the Shell” by its experimental sub-program @magicetape, opening today. The exhibition will feature works by 10 international artists who have previously collaborated with the gallery. Through subtle “micro-interventions” applied to everyday objects, these works form a constellation of creations that drift away from the ordinary, charged with the uncanny, tinged with humor, or even carrying a touch of neurosis. The exhibition will take place at Glue Berlin, an underground space once used as the beer cellars of the Old Königstadt Brewery (Alte Königstadtbrauerei). The opening will be held today, September 5, from 18:00 to 21:00, at Strassburger Strasse 53, deep in the underground of Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district.
