Hello everyone!๐Ÿ‘‹ Just trinkets? Or what details we could miss when watching popular anime. Remember the hairpin that Jinshi gave Mao Mao in the first season of "The Pharmacist's Monologue"? In addition to the explanation that this hairpin can be used to set up a date with the person who gave it, there is another detail. In ancient China, there was a beautiful and romantic tradition where a man would give a woman a hairpin as a sign of affection. It was a gesture of attention and love. Or remember the scene from "Fryren" when Himmel gave a ring to an elf. Unlike her, we immediately understand that when he got down on one knee, he was clearly not expressing friendly intentions. But there's another detail I want to mention. When he and Fryren first arrived at the market, he offered to help her choose an ornament, explaining that he wanted to give her a gift. She picks up a ring at random (which upsets him), but after examining the ring, which features a lotus (which means "eternal love" in the language of flowers), Himmel smiles mysteriously, agreeing with the meaning of the ring, and presents it to Freeren. Another piece of jewelry that caught my attention was Violet Evergarden's pendant. The gift from Major Gilbert was accompanied by the phrase "I love you." By giving her this pendant, he wanted her to stop seeing herself as just a weapon and finally find her own happiness and humanity. Do you remember anything else like that? ๐Ÿ•บ
