feeling overwhelmed? Does your to-do list make you want to take a trip to a distant island and never come back? here is what has helped me avoid ripping my hair out 1)asking myself why i am avoiding a task. am i tired, sleepy, hungry or am i trying to escape a feeling? 2)i accept that ticking all the to-dos isn't going to get me a star sticker, only going to fuck me up. DELEGATE SHIT (real) 3)i prioritize whats most important & urgent and ESPECIALLY what i know will make the rest of my day better & lighter. 3)once i have a clear image, i go FULL FORCE MODE. LISTEN TO ROCKY SOUNDTRACK. PUT PAINT ON MY CHEEKS. PUNCH INVISIBLE ENEMIES. PREP TIME IS IMPORTANT TO OBLITERATE TASKS 4)the fight is done. i fought with honor. i may be cryin' but that condidence is building up slowly. time to reward my silly brain (TREAT YO SELF!!) +if ur tasks dont include rest and play, its gonna go bad real soon +u gotta be patient with yourself, you cant go from 0 to 100 +respect that our energy levels fluctuate, prep 4 that
