one of the reasons why i decided to go cold turkey on netflix or prime. recognize a bad habbit aka trigger > make it difficult to do the bad habit i.e. delete apps from phone > logout from laptop and stop doing it entirely > go one year without it very happy with the outcome to say the least 😌
