If you issue a SAFT as an LLC, how do you account for the investment an accredited investor makes? Is it an asset or income on your accounts? How does it impact the K1?

When will there be an enterprise blockchain solution for Accounts payable and receivable?!? Surely anyone who works in that space (like me) can see the LUNACY of how the legacy tech operates. Clearing and settlement solutions with a universal ledger would make my life infinitely easier

While blockchain theoretically unlocks "triple-entry accounting", hashing all accounting activity to a public ledger is problematic for businesses. Application of ZKP feels like the solution, but trust of the tech and practical implementation is a massive hurdle. Has anyone seen interesting ideas on this front?
