a common theme across the 50+ interviews we've done in the last 10 days is that it is HARD for new users to get started, know where to cast, find their footing and like-minded people.

starter packs, /gmfarcaster, FC newsletters, and finding a "onboarding buddy" help — what else? what needs to be better? how?

There was one cast she was saying “what if we had mini channels that support the bigger channels.”
@degenveteran.eth mentioned his channels and that we are basically already doing it.
Not sure Ted even looked at our comments. Still in the “only reply to those who I benefit from” seems to be the norm.

I've reached out about a "community ambassador" type to Dan which it was not a priority at that time.

I don't know what everyone is doing so I don't expect others to know what we are doing as well.

It takes time and education. Soon enough people will know the communities that are focusing on community building and support.
