**I've been writing New Year's resolutions recently and ended up with high motivation** In 2023 my main goal is to focus on my health, both physical and mental. That's why I started with 3 workouts per week and daily yoga/stretching 🧘♀️ I've been practicing sports for 1.5 months and it's immensely changed my life: less stress, more relaxation, and overall great well-being. The biggest challenge for me is to drink water. I've been drinking avg 6 cups of tea every day for the last 7 years, so it's kinda hard to replace the ingrained habit. That's why I'm trying to accustom myself to this daily hydration routine. What's about your main goals for 2023?
