As an AI artist, I often feel like I’m an imposter. I had an early run in with someone who was kind to me until they found out that I used AI tools and told me I wasn’t a real artist and I was stealing visibility from others with talent. A good friend in the space convinced me to keep putting myself out there because art is art. The tools and techniques don’t matter. Your creations will stand on their own or they will not. Let the market decide. I’m glad I took his advice and pushed forward. I create for myself and as long as I’m happy with my work and effort, I can keep going, even if some days I want to scream.

If you feel imposter syndrome as an AI creator, don't. Sensible people will appreciate what they enjoy (and reward you for bringing them enjoyment). It's the mid-curvers that think art needs to adhere to some made up standard or packaged in a certain way or presented in a certain way. 

People literally be taping bananas to a wall and calling it art. Or, even better, display literally nothing, and it can be considered art. Another one is that dude that runs, jumps off a trampoline and runs a sharpie along the wall. Some of the shit people will consider artistic is honestly unbelievable to me, but if their audience enjoys it, then who cares. (links 👇)
