Open source this, open source that How about you open your code editor and build something yourself instead of demanding that a company give you all of the pieces you need? So sick of the entitlement from some devs on here, most apps wouldn’t even get retained usage if you could clone Warpcast anyway Enough.

A complete - server and client - set of reference implementations for an open source protocol is not entitlement, it's standard practice.

Seems pretty straightforward to me? Did you follow the docs here? Where did you run into difficulty? https://docs.farcaster.xyz/developers/guides/writing/casts

“people won’t remember what you did. they will remember how you made them feel” stupid. that’s how i feel when dwr replies to me. and those docs are written in that tone. im no shiny developer with a CS degree. im just a self taught mfer that puts things together with duck tape. and they are hostile. closed. there is no openess in them. this is not how you invite curious people in

Agreed that Dan could be a bit less snippy in some of his replies and I think he’s acknowledged that as well To be fair though there are a bunch of people that just complain no matter what they do which isn’t easy to deal with Which part of the docs made you feel stupid? Specific examples would help them improve
