"Automated splits also easily enable royalties to be shared not only between Zine and the author(s) of an article, but also with an interview subject, photographer, illustrator, copyeditor..." Bravo, Zora! A few years ago tried to split my Substack income with musicians I interviewed, but it was an admin nightmare.
