Wool Gathering Group Iteration, planning to build 3 WeChat groups (no fees! no fees! no fees!)
1⃣ Mute Group: group members share important information
2⃣ Check-in Group: group members check in with projects they do daily
3⃣ Discussion Group: group members discuss and exchange ideas
4⃣ Organize Tencent Meetings for discussion every morning at 10:30 (timing might be adjusted)

Requirements to join the group:
- Check in for 15 consecutive days under my daily wool gathering diary with what you've gathered, or check in for 20 days within 30 days. Not just project names, specify what tasks or projects you've done. Those not meeting the requirements won't be counted;
- Number of people: less than 100, no new members added after reaching 100;

- Iteration cycle: after joining, keep checking in and try to attend daily Tencent meetings. Plan to iterate every 3-6 months, removing those who don't check in regularly or consistently miss meetings;
- Other: Do not DM me on Twitter or WeChat to invite to the group before meeting the requirements, or I will block you on Twitter and blacklist you on WeChat. After meeting the requirements, DM me for manual review.
