I live a few cities over, bussed in as many days as I could and EthDenver accidentally downtown-pilled me. Loved how walkable it was, plenty to get to on foot. I was checking Zillow for nearby homes which is what triggered the latest market nuke.

Haha I know me too! I was hating on Denver’s concrete vibe hard before having extra time to walk around and was pleasantly surprised
