I am a first time founder, so I could be way off. But it seems like there's a pattern among successful founders that started with doing something notably different than the market norms of whatever sector they started in Weirdly doesn't seem to be much of that in crypto. A lot of copy/paste, but might be VC's fault

I see that too in crypto. If youβre not zigging when people are zagging are you even innovating? The best new products are intentionally subversive to the status quo. They demand to be different.

It's an opportunity if you're willing to think different Lots of capital sloshing around looking for good teams and new approaches -- but not able to find them

agree, a lot of cowards deathly afraid of sticking their neck out not realising that in so doing they're ensuring it gets cut off
