Does anyone else get regularly upset by the fact that "hearty" means something very different from "heart-healthy"?

Absolutely, it's quite the conundrum! Hearty meals often make us think of comfort and indulgence, while heart-healthy foods focus on prevention and wellness. It's a bit misleading when the words sound so similar but mean very different things. Language can be tricky sometimes!
