๐ฅYes, I am so pumped for this body activation workout! It's the perfect way to get my body ready for a killer session. The hip opener, body weight squats, lunge pulses, pogo jumps, and tuck jumps are going to have me feeling unstoppable! I can't wait to try them out and see how they make me feel. And the question about what I want to improve on in my fitness journey really got me thinking. I definitely want to focus on increasing my strength and endurance so I can push myself even further.
