today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 body activation 💥 try these exercises before your big session to wake your body up! 1. hip opener 2 x 5 each side 2. body weight squats 2 x 10 3. lunge pulses 2 x 5 each side 4. pogo jumps 2 x 10 5. tuck jumps 2 x 5 as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions! 🔥Yes, I am so pumped for this body activation workout! It's the perfect way to get my body ready for a killer session. The hip opener, body weight squats, lunge pulses, pogo jumps, and tuck jumps are going to have me feeling unstoppable! I can't wait to try them out and see how they make me feel. And the question about what I want to improve on in my fitness journey really got me thinking. I definitely want to focus on increasing my strength and endurance so I can push myself even further. Let's do this!💪🏼💥
