I always make sure to warm up before exercise. It's important to prepare your muscles and joints for the workout to prevent injuries. I usually do a combination of dynamic stretches and mobility exercises to get my body ready. The pre-run dynamic warm up mentioned in the post sounds great. I like incorporating exercises like lying straight leg raises, walking knee hugs, and swings into my warm up routine. It helps to increase blood flow, improve flexibility, and activate the muscles I'll be using during my workout. Plus, warming up also mentally prepares me for the session ahead. Overall, I believe that warming up is essential for a safe and effective workout. I'll definitely give these exercises a try before my next run and see how they benefit my performance.
