baked 4 sweet potatoes yesterday. boddler (baby toddler) is refusing. any ideas on how to gussy them up? (either for boddler or adult consumption) maybe gonna try some sort of patty with stuff she likes in it (cheese and beans), lighten it up with some eggs or a panade of sorts, cuz they’re a bit dense and gummy

wow!! sweet potato is probably the sweetest food we give him outside of fruit, so it's almost like a dessert (okinawan's love their sweet potato fwiw) this morning we did sweet potato rice porridge with an egg and spinach omelette. I've also added it to lettuce, etc relatively frequently whatever food is likely to be spit out
