The case is finally over, but there is no reaction to the price of XRP yet.. The SEC and Ripple have reached a final agreement. After the SEC agreed to drop its appeal against Ripple last week, Ripple also announced that it has dropped its counter-appeal. The SEC must also return most of the fine already paid by the company, keeping only $50 million of the $125 million. The case will finally be completely closed in the near future.

The Cryptocurrency Fear and Greed Index has risen from 32% last week to 45% this week (49% is neutral) The upcoming tariff hikes scheduled for April 2 could put pressure on risk assets again.. We'll still be rocked in different directions 😅

Friends, be careful and vigilant! Microsoft Incident Response has discovered a new remote access Trojan StilachiRAT, aimed at stealing user credentials and cryptocurrency. StilachiRAT attacks 20 different extensions in the Google Chrome browser, such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, OKX Wallet, Bitget Wallet and Phantom. In parallel, it extracts and decrypts saved logins and passwords. The Trojan does not just infect devices, it actively studies them!

The odds of a US recession are rising. JPMorgan economists on Wall Street have raised the risk of a recession this year to 40%, up from 30% in early 2025. Goldman Sachs has also raised the probability of a recession this year to 20% from 15%. This may have also influenced the outflow of funds from high-risk assets such as cryptocurrency 🤔
