3 down timeless way of building = 5 out of 5 (every page packed with beauty and insight) lighter side = 3.5 out of 5 (although one story makes the whole book worth it) education of cyrus = 5 out of 5 (really amazing how timeless much of the advice is, although pairs well with a companion review)

the idea of ‘dead’ vs ‘alive’ loops / habits / places. a dead loop is something that doesn’t self sustain. that ends itself. that costs something. like kids playing in a front yard on a busy street. you can’t help but intervene or over watch. vs an alive loop that self repairs / sustains
