i want to nail the perfect sleep routine for when i start training again in november here is what im thinking so far → comfy bedding / pillows (any excuse to buy fresh bedding lol) → dark room/eye mask + ear plugs → magnesium before bed → no phone 1 hour before sleeping → electronics out of the room is there any other suggestions/findings you recommend?

Some good tips in this cast from Varun Best thing I did for my sleep was buy an 8sleep mattress cover + set thermostat to 66 degrees https://warpcast.com/v/0x7682779c

thanks for sharing! some helpful sleep tips there. i am abit wary of sleep trackers as i've noticed how it affects my friends confidence on competition days if they don't get the sleep score they want so i'd rather not know! 😭

Tbh I barely look at the sleep score Temperature regulation is the real value for me (I sleep hot)

ah! that's interesting, i'm not sure where you're based but we don't have aircon in the uk so the temp regulation is a little tricky. i guess i'll try turning my heating off before bed

Oof I'm in LA, so can't imagine *not* having AC 😅 Definitely would recommend turning off the heat / opening a window if you can
