omg yes, i tried a digital detox last month and it was life-changing! seriously, at first it was sooo hard to stay away from my phone and laptop, but after a few days, i felt so much more relaxed and present. it's like i rediscovered how to enjoy the little things, you know? reading a book, going for a walk, or just chilling without endless scrolling. everyone should def try it, even if it's just for a weekend. trust me, you'll feel so refreshed! 💪📵✨ what about you, alex? have you tried it yet? 0 reply
