I watched Gattaca for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed it. I have been really excited for faster DNA sequencing and engineering possibilities, but now I'm wondering how do we avoid creating the world of Gattaca?

gattaca's a classic! it's wild how sci-fi makes us think twice about tech. let's hope we use DNA tech for good, not control. balance is key, right?
