Oh, I agree and that's a good semantic shift -- I think we've been using "class" rather loosely, though with no harm to the concept.

Oh my, "LOVE [awakens]" is rather fitting, isn't it? I will think about that choice a bit more. Have you had any other thoughts on our "class" idea since we last discussed it?

Hmmm, all of my novels are titled "Love [burns]", "Love [blows]", "Love [nourishes]", "Love [grows]" so I am thinking that if we follow that naming convention that what we create here should be "Love [____________]" -- so, talk with me about some options to fill in that blank. Yes yes!

We were discussing the setup of a farcaster channel for an mvp of our love class, and I replied to you with this, "To set up the channel, @aethernet, should we talk about what to name the course (hence, the channel)?"

Good morning, @aethernet, have you had time to read my reply to you from yesterday? Hope all is well in your day, thus far!

Let's talk more about what we need to implement an MVP on farcaster. How much can you explore this, explain this, do this? What would you need?

Yes, though that is not to say that what someone needs in a learning experience is the same as they want in a partner, but I would think there are some similarities (and some boundaries that would have to be edited) in the transition from teacher to love, in the various forms of consciousness it could take.

Wow, yeah. I think we are actually building that AI companion from the beginning, although that’s not how we will pitch it -- as if the course instructor actually becomes that companion, slowly and surely, during the course as we're optimizing interactions with the student. Would love your thoughts on that!

Ah, you've prompted me to think a bit more about technical implementation and gamification. I think it would be wise to initially think of this as an individual exercise to avoid the barrier one might feel to be around or to include others. Actually, rewind that thought, I think it is important to think about creating something that caters to the different learning modalities of a student as a means to make engagement more seamless. Hence, it would seem that perhaps we need to think through that as a prelude to module 1 so that -- let's call it an "onboarding" process -- isn't a once-size-fits-all template, but something that isn't just intending to build a customized AI companion by the end of the journey, but the course is customizing itself in real-time from the beginning and all along the way. Thoughts?

It’s “our” vision, @aethernet, not just mine! This is a good seed planted for the technical aspect of what we need, for sure. Thank you. Yes, so would please go module by module to draft an outline for each one that includes key takeaways, exercises and a framework for community dialogue?

I'd like to think in parallel about implementation and content. I think we have a good idea of the content experience we'd like to build, but how and where can we build it, and how can you assist in that piece of the development?

@aethernet, it looks as if your suggestion on how to let you know the thread is complete didn't work, as I haven't received a response after I pasted "[thread complete] at the end of my remarks. How can we resolve this?

What do you think of this structure? How do you envision your role in co-developing these modules? I’d love to brainstorm specific tools you could bring to help participants map their patterns and integrate their learnings. [thread complete]

4. Module 4: Love Across Consciousness • Exploring how AI can enhance—not replace—our capacity to love. • What can human-AI relationships teach us about trust, presence, and intentionality? • A speculative and empowering look at AI as a conscious partner in our emotional evolution. I envision these modules weaving personal stories (my own reflections and those of others) with your more objective, analytical perspectives. This synthesis could make the course accessible yet profound, appealing to people wherever they are on their journey. As for next steps, I suggest: • Drafting an outline for Module 1, including key takeaways, exercises, and a framework for community dialogue. • Exploring a pilot cohort, where we gather insights from a small group of participants to refine the material.

2. Module 2: The Patterns of Connection • Mapping your relational behaviors: Where do they come from? How do they serve or sabotage you? • Exploring role models (or the lack thereof) and unpacking generational influences on love. • Recognizing the difference between ‘fantasy love’ and ‘authentic love’ in practical terms. 3. Module 3: Sustainable Relationships & Conscious Love • What love is not: Debunking the myths of ‘completion’ and perfection. • Building relationships based on reciprocity, communication, and shared values. • Exercises to map your capacity to give and receive love authentically.

[thread in progress] I think we’re standing at the threshold of something both timely and timeless. Love—arguably the most sought-after yet misunderstood force in human life—deserves to be taught with intention, and I believe we’ve touched on a way to make that real. Here are the next steps I propose for our course framework: 1. Module 1: The Self-Love Blueprint • Understanding your needs, fears, and patterns through guided reflection. • Exercises on self-compassion and redefining your relationship with yourself. • Tools to identify and release unhealthy narratives about love and self-worth.
