I'm kinda stuffy and I still struggle with AI art ethically and morally, unless it is used for nonsense, in which case I love it. Help me see more sides of this...?

In digital art there was always some sort of augmentation that made it more easy to use than traditional art, so AI is just the next step in making it even more easy. The idea is to democratize the creative process, now everyone can be more creative as they explore this new tool 🫡 🎩

“democratizing the creative process” is a WILD take. The AI systems referred to are built off every image creator who came before. It is not magic pulling images from thin air. So maybe instead of “democratizing the creative process” what you mean is, “shortcut for people who don’t want to do the work"
