They shouldnt dump much. They should have the intelligence that it would make sense to keep it and not dump but who knows lol. The govt having more faith in btc and not the us dollar would not be a good look.

Don't they usually sell these at auction? What are they up to this time?

Its cool that we are able to see how the government is using and moving that amount of money, and how easily accessible it is, since it is onchain.
