what’s your calorie intake for this meal? I’ve always wanted to try this but can’t eat enough in that one meal to sustain and end up feeling very lethargic.

Nice job! Fasting helped me appreciate the joy of eating. There’s lots of metabolic and health benefits, but understanding that eating is psychological was an aha moment that I wouldn’t have grasped without actually fasting
