Mentorship is underrated, can come from multiple sources, and in most cases, should be mandated. Everyone has wisdom to pass on, and we can all progress further if more people take time to help others on their respective paths.

sometimes it’s hard to find a great mentor, but there’s nothing like it. It’s a two way street, a mentee needs to be ready for the opportunity as well.
