Here’s how I’d fix the onboarding experience which is the biggest gating factor for successful DAUs: - Offer discovery of starter packs based on objective. Ex. If they’re an artist looking for more exposure / patrons, look here. - This should be one of a few steps for a New User Onboarding flow with a proper Getting Started doc - Invest in Product Marketing positioning for why build on FC protocol or better yet buy Neynar. - Invest in Tutorial videos for different audiences (101, 201, 301) based on experience levels - Meet users where they are at intake curiosity, monetization, project collaboration, along with what you can do on WC you can’t elsewhere (service differentiators) - Pay WC maxis as city guides for real life customer onboarding. OGs historically have helped noobs but without any formal direction. What do you think @zef based on our call yesterday?

It’s pretty clear to me that them not having a product leader and a clear product strategy and positioning has been detrimental
