Explorers, we’re excited to share details about Season 1 of Farworld!

We’ve learned a lot during Season Zero — some things we like, but mainly some new features we want to introduce and re-imagine. Season 1 will reinforce what we love, bring more of the game onchain, and elevate Farworld to the next level!

What to expect:

📅 Release: Jan. 2025
🪙 Fargold Token: onchain utility token for crafting, training, Arena battles, and more! Achievement scores will determine your Fargold Airdrop.
🛡 Character Itemization/Loot: Armor, Weapons, and Trinkets will enhance every creature battle, plus an item augmentation system!
👾 Starter Creatures & New Capture Mechanism: Streamlined onboarding and a new minting system! Legacy creatures will have *very* rare & desirable traits!
👑 Arenas: Automated, onchain prize pools with ETH!
⌛ In the meantime, more zones, achievements, and loot boxes up for grabs in the Arena!

I'll be honest, I was sceptical on the Farworld after their raise, but I'm pleasantly surprised how smooth it feels now. The way warpcast opens external links in an embedded browser webview is really cool and feels as good as Telegram apps now
