There’s a kind of weight to this place that is difficult to articulate if you’re not immediately aware of it. It feels like a networking event; there’s an emphasis on careerism, tech, business trends and an impatience for the little things. Most of the attempts at culture feel forced & deemphasized, like they’re getting in the way of the dapps professing to change the world. Everyone has to be serious or profound or have the most serious take and it feels exhausting.

I agree with this which is what put me off in the beginning, now im trying to see farcatser as my ‘close friends ig story’, like the stuff i post is not what id post on twitter anymore, but its the stuff I used to post, less curated a bit more whimsy. We yearn for the whimsy of social media again

Yeah I’m trying to find my footing here every few months and then a mechanic drops that makes me feel like I am missing out on intergenerational wealth if I don’t start degen/moxie/whatever maxing lol. Gonna run a channel and see if that creates the vibes in yearning for

Yeah like the fomo is a bunch of noise covering up the signal of yapping which is what is important. Yapping is the way.

Honestly the fomo is like an inverse thing??? Like ok i don’t wanna be involved because it is too late or i dont get it and even if i try a DAY late it’s too late if that makes sense. Im just gonna keep yapping
