If you have a bathtub, how about listening to a podcast while you bathe?

Wonderboom speaker works pretty well in my experience

take showers short enough so that you don't get bored; drop podcasts (they are mostly info garbage) and start listening to audiobooks while stretching for 5 minutes after the shower that you got by decreasing the shower time
