It’s too late

I look in the mirror

And I see a weak old man

I missed all the opportunities 

I don’t have the energy anymore

How did it come to this? 

Not that long ago

I was young

I had everything 

Years in front of me

Unlimited opportunities 

I thought, if I miss this one

There will always be another

Buffet became a billionaire at 50

There’s absolutely no hurry

I want to enjoy myself

I want to live a little

I want to watch Netflix 

I want to chill with friends

I’ll do that thing another day. 

How did the time went by so fast?

They told me it’s never too late

How did I become this?

It can’t be me

Old man

Filled with regret

Waiting to die alone. 

I wake up in cold sweat. 

It’s a dream I keep having

I can’t let that dream turn real

I will work, study, I’ll improve

I will do my absolute best

Whatever I need to do. 

But that’s tomorrow 

It’s never too late
