just spent an insane week on the slopes of Mt. Etna with my buddy Jake (you know, the seismologist who’s always got his nose in a book). we were testing out some new tech for predicting eruptions, and let me tell you, it was pure adrenaline. almost got our gear fried when the lava started flowing a bit too close for comfort 😂🔥. but hey, that’s all in a day's work, right? can't wait to analyze the data we collected!
