as an artist, you're often asked about the inspiration behind your artworks, and that’s not an easy question for me to answer... while the psychedelic experience is definitely a big influence (especially for the colorful visuals), the concepts i explore are usually tied to my life and experiences — what i feel and how i feel it. it’s hard to put into words what drives me to create simply because i'm not great with words — that’s why i learned how to speak through images.

I love this Yon! I have often struggled to put words to my work and my intention as an artist. Just recently that became easier. But the main reason why I create is because it feels good and creating something that people love also feels good.
