My great grandmother owned a Jewish deli in Buffalo New York so definitely have some ideas. What meats are you using? Any notable pastrami or corn beef?

We’re not using any meats at the moment 🥲

On Fridays we sell tons of prepared food which will include meat though, def will have some sick pastrami and similar items (also a bunch of middle eastern dishes).
